Relevance specializes in outbound sales, list building, and GTM strategy. Our services include:
- Prospect list building from public data sources.
- Outbound campaign strategy and execution.
- Sales automation setup and optimization.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary business information and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when providing data.
- Not use Relevance's services for illegal or unethical activities.
4. Fees and Payment
- Services are billed monthly (for retainers) or per project (for one-offs).
- Payments must be made upfront unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds are not provided once services have commenced.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during engagement.
6. Data and Ownership
- Clients retain ownership of provided data.
- Relevance does not guarantee email deliverability, response rates, or campaign success.
7. Limitation of Liability
Relevance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
10. Changes to Terms
Relevance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
